DTF Printer & Consumable Compatibility Guide

Compatibility check Guidance
Purpose-built DTF printers Confirm that your printer manufacturer supports the specific film, ink formulation, and adhesive powder before use. “DTF” alone does not guarantee compatibility.
Converted desktop printers Compatibility is not verified. Use only with documented support from the printer/conversion supplier and consumable manufacturer. No specific converted models are endorsed.
White-ink capability These inks are offered in CMYK and White. If your transfer requires a white underbase, confirm that your printer, ink system, and printing software support white ink.
DTF Rolls: printable side Print on the matte-coated side, not the glossy back. Confirm roll width and feeding requirements for your printer.
DTF Rolls: peeling Confirm the peel method and pressing settings with your film supplier before use. Test before production.
DTF Adhesive Powder Described as polyurethane hot-melt powder for use with DTF inks. Confirm its fit with your specific ink, film, fabric, and curing process.
Direct to Film Ink Formulated for DTF printing and available in CMYK and White. Confirm printhead and ink-system compatibility before filling or mixing inks.

Manufacturer confirmation required: This guide is not a compatibility guarantee. Confirm the exact printer or conversion, printhead, ink, film, powder, and operating settings with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers. Test the complete transfer process before production.
