Shipping policy

Standard ground shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive.  We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on which entity offers the least expensive rate.  Our rates are determined by Shopify's shipping protocols and rates do vary.  You should receive tracking information by email when the shipping slip is generated.  If  your item is damaged during shipping please notify the carrier and file a claim.  If the item was damaged prior to transit, please take a photograph of all packaging and the box itself as well as the item and email these photos to hello@wesplurge.com so that we can rectify the situation swiftly.

Turnaround Time: Shipping is processed in house during normal business hours. All orders will be processed from Monday through Saturday between the hours of 11am to 7pm. Orders placed are usually shipped by the next business day. If received before 11:00 am it should ship the same day.

Local Pickup: If you select local pickup, we will not ship the product to you. Your order will be ready in store to be picked up by the next business day. If the order is received before 5:30 pm it should be ready on the same day in MOST cases.
