In Store- Policies

At Splurge!, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. After purchase, as long as the item is uncompromised and the sale is confirmed in the system or with a receipt, you may exchange the sheet for another of equal value, with management approval, within 2 weeks of purchase. If you purchase online, we will exchange for a new sheet in store, but we will not refund shipping costs. 

​Once compromised, you may bring it in and demonstrate for me what the challenge is to see if we can work through it together when it is not adhering according to manufacturer instructions.

If the item is still not working, I will replace it as long as the entire sheet that did not work is provided for me to send back to the distributor for testing.

All special circumstances not listed will be at my discretion. My staff does not have the authority to take returns or make exchanges in my absence in these cases.


Online Shopping Policies: 

All sales online are final. We will issue a refund for any products that are received damaged, not including the cost of shipping. We will honor our in store exchange if colors is wrong, but we will not ship you exchanges or refund shipping costs of original order. We appreciate your understanding, we are a small, independently owned business.
