  • Splurge is not responsible for any technical issues related to your sublimation process such as using the wrong settings, equipment, ink, etc.  We are also  not responsible for the product once it leaves the shop.  All sales are final.
  • Remove the speaker prior to customizing the tumbler.
  • We sublimate our tumblers at 400F for 3 minutes rotating 3 times in our tumbler press.  When using an oven we suggest 400F for 8 minutes rotating once.  Results are not guaranteed as altitude and other conditions may be a factor.
